On Wednesday 6 March, Richard Spencer, a former World Bank employee, presented a lively and informative talk on the role of the Bank at Stewart’s Melville College (SMC) in Edinburgh. The audience was made up of pupils studying economics at the College along with staff of the College’s Department of Economics and Business Studies.
The Trust is pleased to have been able to sponsor this talk, one of a series presented at SMC since 2008. Mr Spencer’s was the first since the Covid pandemic.
